Refunds and returns
Please make sure you read all details about the item and ensure you are happy with the specifics before purchasing.
If however you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and a refund will be made upon safe receipt of the item. Postage costs must be covered by the customer as we are a small business and are unable to cover the costs of returns, unless damaged or faulty.
All stock is made by hand and checked carefully before dispatch, however in the case of damage or a fault, please make sure you report this within 24 hours of receipt of the item and provide proof.
