We accept free returns on faulty or damaged items as long as this is reported within 48 hours of the order being received. As a small business, we cannot cover the costs of other returns and so postage must be covered by the customer.

• All packaging is carbon neutral and fully recyclable. Only companies committed to net zero carbon emissions are used for deliveries.
• If you live outside the UK please do not purchase an item until we have checked and agreed customs duty and shipping costs for the item. To get a bespoke quote for international delivery please email hopeandthehouse@gmail.com.
• Unless purchased as a pre-order item, we aim to post your order within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping is 48 hour tracked delivery.
