We accept free returns on faulty or damaged items as long as this is reported within 48 hours of the order being received. As a small business, we cannot cover the costs of other returns and so postage must be covered by the customer.

All packaging is carbon neutral and fully recyclable. Only companies committed to net zero carbon emissions are used for deliveries.
